    James really knows his stuff and has great staff. I had an issue with a pair of boots I purchased there and he didn't hesitate to have them sent back to the manufacturer and repaired. When they were sent back to him and not up to his standards, he had them fixed again for me. My brother has purchased items from the store and has had an equally high level of customer service too. Will be buying my boots here from now on, best boot shop I've been to.

    Awesome Service!!! James was amazing and very patient with me in ordering a jacket for my husband and having it shipped to Calgary before Christmas! He definitely went above and beyond!! Thank you so much for your GREAT customer service!!!!
