    It will shock you, but if a chef can work and live in Edmonton, Jasper, or even Hinton, they're going to choose those locations to practice their art instead of Edson, so don't waste your time anywhere else but fast food in that town, in my experience.

    Great A&W for bus trips and large groups. Our school wrestling team makes a point to stop there during our Edson tournaments every year. They get 30 People through quickly without getting flustered or missing orders.

    Fast and friendly staff. Quick service. Food was very fresh and made presentable. Poutine was serves in glass dishware. Best A&W experience !

    Would rate 5 stars if the restaurant chain hadn't changed their French fries and stopped selling large drinks.

    I would never stop at an A&W without irony. I know that makes me sound elitist, but it's not like if I'm in a city's downtown I'm going to stop at a Subway or McDonald's-- I'm going to go to a nice, upper-crust resto or pub or whatever. A&W in Edson is a stop-gap restaurant at best.

    Very friendly staff, delicious food. Costs a buck or two more than the golden arch place, but the quality is worth way more. You can taste the difference. Feels more like a restaurant than a fast food place.
